Proposed membership
The proposed price is $49.99 per month with one visit each month. It includes a medication review and, when clinically appropriate, up to one prescription per month. A prescription is not guaranteed. You may cancel future billing at any time. Unused visits expire at the end of each month. Payments are nonrefundable, subject to applicable law. Eligibility, remaining legal terms, and payment setup still need approval.
Insurance
Ask the office whether insurance may apply to your care. Benefits and patient responsibility must be verified. Do not send insurance cards or health details through ordinary email.
Payment
You can review the checkout form after choosing a care topic. Orders remain blocked until payment setup, eligibility, and remaining legal terms are ready.
