How much is the proposed membership?
$49.99 per month with one visit each month and a medication review. When clinically appropriate, a clinician may issue up to one prescription per month. A prescription is not guaranteed. Full terms and enrollment are pending approval.
Can I cancel?
You may cancel future billing at any time once enrollment opens. Unused visits expire at the end of each month. Payments are nonrefundable, subject to applicable law. Enrollment is not open yet.
Are questionnaire scores diagnoses?
No. They are guides for a clinical conversation and do not recommend medication.
Can I message my clinician here?
Secure clinical messaging is planned through an approved service. Do not send health details through ordinary email or text.
How are prescriptions sent?
If a clinician prescribes medication after an evaluation, the planned service will collect your chosen pharmacy securely and send the prescription electronically. Mindful Health does not plan to mail medication. No medication or prescription is guaranteed.
